Welcome to Family History Online
We publish on-line records compiled by Family History Societies – quality data from experienced researchers with local knowledge providing more accurate details at fees that give value for money. You can now search over 67 million records including parish registers, memorial inscriptions, censuses, poor law documents and others. Several thousand photographs of gravestones are now available.
If you haven't used this web site before you need to sign on as a new user, with a password, but – before you do that – we suggest that you find out how to use the service, and what data and surnames the database currently contains.
After logging on searching the Index is free. To obtain further details of an entry you will need to establish credit, minimum £5. In each case charges are shown before debiting your account. You have 6 months in which to spend this and each further credit that you add.
